Hello Debbie, Can you tell us when you joined Watermark and what your job entails?
Hi there! I started my career at Watermark Beach Resort in August of 2009 and I manage the resort’s housekeeping team of approximately 60 staff members. I make sure my team has what they need to get their job done. Recruiting, training of staff, administrative duties and more.
Where are you originally from and what brought you to Osoyoos?
